Building a new home or refreshing your existing one should be fun and exciting.  It shouldn't feel like a second job.  But unfortunately, a home renovation or new construction build is often a daunting prospect, with seemingly everyone having endured or heard of a "contractor horror story."  No matter the size of the project, when you hire Grit and Grace, you can rest easy knowing that I am overseeing every detail and making sure that I deliver a quality finished product on time and on budget.

To me, the key to a fruitful contractor/client relationship is communication.  I answer my phone.  I return phone calls.  I communicate in exacting detail and explain each phase of construction to make sure that you feel fully informed, in control, and empowered to make decisions.  

A close second in importance is reliability.  I am not an absentee builder.  When I take on a project, I am on site every day ensuring that all subcontractors understand their tasks and everyone is on the same page.  A short conversation and "sanity check" at the beginning of each work day avoids costly mistakes and delays.  I have built strong relationships with some of the most talented and reliable subcontractors on the South Shore, and we work together efficiently and effectively.
