About Us

My name is Brian Greenberg, and I am the owner/operator of Grit and Grace.  During my time working in the financial industry, I began woodworking as a hobby to feed a growing hunger to create lasting pieces in an increasingly disposable culture.  What began as a hobby became a successful side business in residential construction before I finally entered the industry full time as Grit and Grace.  I have worked on a wide variety of projects, from custom homes and remodels to finish carpentry and fine furniture. 

Prior to founding Grit and Grace, I enjoyed a 14 year career in finance, honing skills that continue to serve me well in analyzing and managing large construction projects. 

I have lived my whole life in the Boston area:  growing up in Westwood, attending Harvard University, living in Boston and eventually settling in the South Shore to start a family.  I live in Norwell with my wife Bryn and my two children Grace and James.
