Cohasset New Construction
A new construction custom home built on an empty lot in the beautiful Cohasset hillside. Shingle style gambrel home featuring a custom white shaker kitchen with quartz countertops. High ceilings and open concept first floor complemented by a fully finished walkout basement with a half bath. Designing a home on such a steeply sloping property was a challenge, but we made the most of it by incorporating loft storage in the high front garage ceiling space, a walkout basement, and a large trex deck in the backyard. We did extensive site work to regrade the property slopes, including installing a sophisticated drainage system to absorb stormwater and redirect it into a groundwater recharge system, minimizing the impact of the house on the surrounding neighborhood. Andersen windows, grey dipped shingles, and custom double sink vanities in both second floor bathrooms complete the picture of this luxury traditional home with modern touches.
