Scituate Basement Remodel
Another victim of the “where do I put all my kids’ stuff in my open concept house” conundrum, this customer approached us looking for a simple and functional play space in their basement. We exchanged a few different design ideas and settled on one large space with three closets for storage. We added some durable, high quality berber carpet and a ductless mini-split unit that will keep the space comfortable all year long. The mini split also has a “dehumidifier only” mode, saving the homeowners a daily trip downstairs to empty a cumbersome portable dehumidifier. This is a great space for play time and Sunday football games!
